Football Training Programs

The most effective way to improve your game on the field is to work harder off the field.  Next Level Football Training is designed to ensure athletes are in top physical shape pre, post and in season.  Players will endure a series of football related speed and agility drills, explosive strength exercises and positional skill drills to ensure players perform at their maximum performance levels on game day.

 

Intro to Football

This program is for youth athletes (ages 8-13) who are just starting out or interested in playing the game.  The focus of this program is for players to develop a more clear understanding of the game, learn basic techniques and develop the proper fundamentals to protect themselves on the field.  Players will learn how each position plays an important role on the field in addition to ball handling skills, how to tackle safely and effectively and proper passing and receiving techniques.

Each 75 minute session consists of:

  • Dynamic Warm Up
  • Speed & Agility Training
  • Fundamental Skill Drills

 

 


 

 Gridiron Program

This program is for players (ages 14-18) who want to increase their overall performance during games or preparing for the next level of their career.  The Gridiron program is demanding both physically and mentally, designed to push players beyond their limits and maximize overall performance levels to their fullest potential. Players will develop lighning fast speed and agility, hard hitting power and how to read and react to the opponent.

Each 90 minute session will consist of:

  • Dynamic Warm Up
  • Speed and Agility Training
  • Blocking
  • Ball Handling
  • Tackling
  • Specialized Skill Drills
